Connect with Health (April 2021 – December 2021) Funded by City of London Corporation (CoLC)
The ‘Connect with Health’ programme will target a mix of residents who live on The Holloway and York Way estates.
What is it?
This online programme will offer residents support with social, welfare and career needs. There will be guidance in managing long term health problems and the opportunity to explore solutions that can improve mental health and well-being.
Further drop-in sessions will allow residents to explore and take up local volunteering and job opportunities. Support with developing CV’s and interview skills will also be available.
(For those who do not have access to a computer, you will be able to loan one of our ‘work tablets’ and you can join the programme at any stage between April and December 2021)
